GILWEN is Prestwood’s home providing care for people with Young Onset Dementia. Y Gilwen is a recently refurbished home set in the historic town of Caernarfon. It is a short walk from the town centre where there is a full range of shops, the harbour, a beautiful castle and many fine places to eat and drink. It is within easy reach of the Snowdonia mountain range for walking and climbing.
