SEFTON HOUSE is a five bedroom home for people with mental health difficulties and learning difficulties in the centre of Llanfairfechan, with ease of access to the A55, the railway station and the beautiful beach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The house is a large three storey Victorian terraced house recently renovated to a very high registered standard by Prestwood.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All bedrooms are en-suite and there is a lovely sunny communal room in the centre of the house. There is also a games room in the cellar with a snooker table and variety of games and SKY TV. The house is staffed 24 hours a day by highly trained staff.
