Mrs Owens is an experienced manager and has many years knowledge of working within the social care sector. She has particular skills in supporting and managing people with learning disabilities, mental health problems, challenging behaviours and complex needs.

Qualifications:

Registered Managers Award NVQ Level 4.

NVQ 3 in Promoting Independence

Certificate in Introduction to Line Management
