Mr Nhanga is a newly registered manager but has worked for Prestwood for several years. He began working as a support worker, then gradually worked his way up to senior support worker, to deputy manager, and finally to his current position. He has a wide experience is working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health problems and challenging behaviour.
Qualifications include:
GNVQ in Health and Social Care (Advanced)
NVQ in Health and Social Care (Level 3)
Currently working towards –
ILM in management (level 4
