Mrs Parry is an experienced manager with particular skills in supporting and managing people with learning disabilities, mental health problems, challenging behaviours and complex needs.

Qualifications:

Registered Managers Award NVQ Level 4

Phil Scaife – Trainee Manager for the Marina sites

Phil is a newly appointed trainee Manager but has worked for Prestwood for 4 years.  Phil began working as a support worker, then gradually worked his way up to a Deputy Manager and now to his current position.  He has a wide experience in working with individuals with learning difficulties, mental health problems and challenging behaviour.
Phils Qualifications are:
ILM 3
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Phil is currently working towards NVQ Level 4 in Social Care Management.
